Automated systems from BioVitesse integrates the required electronic hardware, micro-fluidics control system, algorithms for bacteria detection, and software for statistical in-process monitoring. A disposable cartridge, containing the biochip and electrical and fluidic connectors fits in a slot in the system. The system has a user friendly, industry standard network connection, to interface with factory network.
